Conditions:

1. Open to all visual artists who want a work of authorship. 2. The theme this time is: vulnerability and responsiveness to natural shocks and meme. 3. The works should refer to the proposed topic and respectful to the Virgin of Guadalupe.

4. Required dimensions of the paper or support of the work shall be 28 x 21.5 cm. regardless of orientation and size image.

5. We accept all printmaking techniques, engraving, digital graphics, screen printing, photography, etc.


6. Each artist will participate with four original copies of the same work.


7. The plastic treatment may not be figurative.


8. The works must show.

Open to the public on 3 December 2009 to January 16, 2010

Hours Monday through Friday 7:00 to 21:00 hrs., Saturday 8:00 -14:45 hrs.


12. The works received will not be returned to their authors and will become part of the collections of instances jurors.


13. Documentation will be sent to participants who meet all requirements.


14. The authors authorize the organizers to use the works sent in subsequent exhibitions, publications and promotional illustration.
