Concept: Kaleidoscope. Creative Sound
: Each unit minimum kaleidoscope of color represents an individual organization 2.0. Each "zone symmetrical" represents a cell of the interdisciplinary (these groups consist of people with different profiles, which are similar to each other in importance). Every time you give a twist to the kaleidoscope, moving parts interact with each other, and rearranged, creating a new result which is always positive.
Aesthetics: The layout of the tables is circular, and their surfaces are plotted so that each conformant to respond to a piece of a big kaleidoscope. The baseline scenario represents the center of the kaleidoscope. Activity
conceptual work after the event axis is "work / spin" this kaleidoscope, asking guests to rotate tables since its initial quadrant to the next in the direction of clockwise, conceptually recreating 2.0 organizational performance.
