1. Never miss a good mood. Otherwise, you weak physically and mentally.
2. The joy is within you. Does not depend on others and you can provide it to every day.
3. Do not mourn. Live for today, today, here and now every day. Do not lock in the past.
4. Having more stuff is not more. Material possessions do not guarantee happiness.
5. Giving is better than receiving. If you try to make the people around you happy too, so you'll be more.

7. Forget the negative. Make every so often a good inventory of what has happened to you and forget the bad.
